How long does the document pack take?

Most packs are delivered within five to seven business days from our scoping conversation. If you have an audit date booked, let me know and I will prioritise accordingly.

Are the documents specific to my registration groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The suite is written against the Practice Standards that apply to your registration groups, and edited to match how you actually deliver services. This is not a template pack with your logo dropped on the front.

Question 3

Do I own the documents and the systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once delivered, the documents and systems are yours. You can edit them, add to them, and use them however you need to. There are no ongoing licensing fees.

Question 4

What happens if my auditor asks for changes?

Accepted Answer

Auditors sometimes request adjustments. If that happens, send me the findings and I will help you work through them. Minor adjustments are included in the original price.

Question 5

Do you work with providers outside NSW?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with registered and registering providers across Australia. Local clients in the Coffs Harbour area can meet in person. Everyone else works remotely, which works well.

Question 6

Do you help with the registration application itself?

Accepted Answer

I provide the documentation and systems you need for registration, and I can walk you through the process. I do not submit the application on your behalf, but I will make sure you are prepared for it.
